Not exactly what I expected

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities.

Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the shuttle service. I experienced long waits and confusion regarding the schedule, making my arrival quite stressful.

Comfortable room, essential amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool and a free 22-hour airport shuttle service made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

I stayed for 1 night in a King Room with Hearing Access. The shuttle service was top-notch and the breakfast was cooked perfectly, but I found a large spider on my bed.

Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, including a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The gym facilities exceeded my expectations for a hotel of this size.
